Airport: Passengers are required to meet the chauffeur at the security area unless otherwise indicated. In the event that the passenger does not locate the driver, please call 1-800-488-LIMO (5466) immediately to coordinate the pickup. Airport pickup fees: $5.00 meet/greet charge for all airport pickups.
Seaport: Passengers are required to meet the chauffeur outside of the security area unless otherwise indicated. In the event that the passenger does not locate the driver, please call 1-800-488-LIMO (5466) immediately to coordinate the pickup. Seaport pickup fares are assessed on an hourly basis with a minimum 2 hour charge (standard); exceeding time will be assessed as wait time rates with 15 min increments. All hourly rates are calculated from the assigned pickup time to the drop off time at destination. Mileage reservations will incur wait time 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time in 15 min increments. All wait time rates are calculated from the assigned pickup time. Mileage reservations will incur a $10.00 Port Fee (hourly reservations have this Port Fee included).
Wait time grace periods:
Airport Domestic: No charge for first 15 minutes.
Airport International and Seaport: No charge for first 45 minutes.
Local Address/Other: No charge for first 15 minutes.
Additional Stops: En route: Any stops within a ten (10) mile deviation from planned trip route will incur the following additional charge: $20 for a sedan, $25 for an SUV, $30 Limousine or Van, and $40 for a Mini-bus, Party Bus, and Motor Coach. Other: Any stops beyond a ten (10) mile deviation from planned trip route will incur charges in accordance to current vehicle mileage rates and priced by dispatcher on duty.
Off Peak Pick Ups: Reservations with scheduled p/u times between 12:00 am and 4:29 am will incur an additional $10 charge.
Holiday Rates: Base rates will be 30% higher on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
No Show Policy:
All vehicles: Will incur full charges, including gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.
Cancellation Policy:
Sedans: Please note that any reservation cancelled within three (3) hours of scheduled pickup time will incur full charges, including gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.
SUV and Vans: Please note that any reservation cancelled within six (6) hours of scheduled pickup time will incur full charges, including gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.
Limousines: Please note that any reservation cancelled within twelve (12) hours of scheduled pickup time will incur full charges, including gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.
Stretch SUV, Mini-Busses and Party Bus: Please note that any reservation cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled pickup time will incur full charges, including gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.
Other Charges: Vehicle Clean Up fee (excessive cleaning required or passenger sick in car)
Sedans: There will be a $100 charge for cleaning vehicle and time vehicle down time
SUV, Van, Limo and Bus: There will be a $300 charge for cleaning vehicle and time vehicle down time
The prices above are estimates only. Final charges for the trip are determined upon ride completion.
